1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AiSofos’s AI chatbot and automation services (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
 

2. Service Description

AiSofos provides AI chatbot and AI agent solutions that assist businesses and individuals with automated communication, support, and engagement. The specific features, limitations, and capabilities of the Service are determined by the subscription plan chosen at the time of purchase.
 

3. Account and Access

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity conducted under your account.
AiSofos reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
 

4. Billing and Payment

All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, our secure payment processor.
By subscribing, you authorize AiSofos to automatically charge the applicable monthly fee to your chosen payment method until you cancel your subscription in accordance with Section 5.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
 

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time via the Manage My Subscription page or by contacting support.
 

5.1 Cancellation Process

• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

• The Service remains active and accessible until that date.

• Clients may be prompted to provide a cancellation reason when submitting a request; this is optional and used only to improve service quality.
   

5.2 Refunds

• Since subscriptions remain active until the end of the paid period, no pro-rated or partial refunds are provided for the remaining days once billing has occurred.

• Refunds are only issued in cases of billing errors or duplicate charges.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
   

5.3 How to Cancel

Pricing → Manage My Subscription → Enter registered email → Cancel Subscription

6. Service Modifications

AiSofos may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
If material changes significantly impact your use of the Service, you will be notified in advance via email or through your account dashboard.
 

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service responsibly and not engage in activities that are illegal, abusive, or harmful, including but not limited to:

• Uploading or transmitting unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content

• Attempting to disrupt or compromise system security or performance

• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation

Violation of these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
 

8. Data and Privacy

Your personal data and service-related information are collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using the Service, you consent to such processing as described in that policy.
 

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
AiSofos makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Service availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond our control.
 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiSofos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to data loss, downtime, or business interruption.
Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
 

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
 

12. Changes to These Terms

AiSofos reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Any changes will be posted on our website and, where applicable, communicated to users via email. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
